2. Dimensional inspection
O-type rubber sealing rings can have their cross-section and inner diameter measured according to specific requirements. Depending on the size, you can use vernier calipers, rulers or tape measures that meet the accuracy requirements; you can use optical instruments such as mobile microscopes and projection microscopes to measure.
Dimensions and tolerances should comply with the dimensions specified in national standards or corresponding requirements, and should be implemented in accordance with the dimensions and tolerances of general and aerospace O-type rubber seals for hydraulic systems and their components specified in the GB 3452.1-92 standard.
3. Inspection of physical and mechanical properties of finished products
