Among the oil seals the most common type is the TC oil seal, which is a rubber completely covered double-lip oil seal with a self-tightening spring. The TC profile is a shaft seal composed of a single metal cage with a rubber coating, a primary sealing lip with integrated spring and an additional anti-pollution sealing lip. They also stop dirt, oil or water from entering machinery to prevent damage or failure of the bearing components.
TCV type oil seal is a pressure-resistant oil seal, which belongs to the inner frame and outer rubber type oil seal. It reduces the pressure area of the lip while maintaining rigidity. Its pressure resistance is below 0.5Mpa, and it is also a high-pressure frame oil seal and a hydraulic oil seal.
TCN oil seal is a rubber completely covered with self-tightening spring double lip oil seal, with good heat resistance, wear resistance, resistance to a variety of lubricating oil, grease, oil and gas mixture and other properties.
